Terms and Conditions
At BlushMatcha, we’re all about creating a smooth and delightful experience — from your very first click to your last sip. That includes getting your favorite matcha blends to your doorstep as efficiently and carefully as possible.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via standard delivery. Most customers can expect their package to arrive within 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.
Please note that during peak times (such as holidays or special promotions), shipping may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep things on track and keep you updated.
Split Shipments
Sometimes, your order may arrive in separate shipments — and that’s totally normal! We work with multiple fulfillment centers to ensure we get your items to you as quickly as possible. This means that if an item is available at a different location, we’ll ship it separately so you’re not waiting on your entire order to enjoy your matcha.
It’s all part of our commitment to freshness, speed, and quality.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States (excluding U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses). We're working hard to expand our reach — stay tuned for international shipping options in the near future!
Eco-Friendly Packaging
True to our values, all BlushMatcha products are packaged using eco-conscious materials whenever possible. We believe that great matcha shouldn’t come at the planet’s expense.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to freshness, we’re only able to accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of your delivery date. If your product arrived damaged, incorrect, or not what you expected, please reach out — we’ll make it right.
To start a return or exchange, simply contact our team at info@blushmatcha.com with your order number and a brief explanation. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days to walk you through the next steps.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our end (like a damaged or incorrect item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method, and we'll send you a confirmation as soon as it’s done.
Split Shipments
If you received your order in multiple shipments, that’s totally intentional. To ensure you get your matcha as quickly and freshly as possible, we sometimes fulfill orders from different warehouse locations — especially when certain blends or accessories are stocked at separate facilities. This means part of your order might arrive sooner than the rest, but don’t worry — it’s all on the way!
If you're returning items from a split shipment, just let us know and we'll help coordinate everything smoothly.
